Here we present an historic image of Another sort of war ruin - after several days in the trenches. It was taken in between 1914 and 1918.The image shows A British Red Cross orderly escorting a wounded, captured, German soldier to a field hospital for treatment.We have created this collection of images primarily to serve as an easy to access educational tool.
