Here we present an historic image of [Engineers Corps camp and visitors]. It was taken in 1889 by Grabill, John C. H., photographer..

The image shows Row of fifteen people and two deer in front of a tent. Some of the men are holding measuring poles and or standing next to surveyors' transits on tripods.
