Captured Indian Plenty Horse

 

Here for your enjoyment is an exciting photograph of TTasunka, (alias Plenty Horse[s]). The slayer of Lieutenant Casey, near Pine Ridge, South Dakota. It was made in 1891 by Grabill, John C. H., photographer.

The photo illustrates Plenty Horses, Oglala man, and two U.S. soldiers standing in front of a cannon in a military camp.
