A Must Read for Any Parent

Navajo Boy

Navajo Boy

Here for your enjoyment is an inspiring photograph entitled "Youth From the Desert Land". It was made in 1906 by Edward S. Curtis.

The photo shows a young Navajo boy, wrapped in a blanket, and with a bandana on his head. There is a look of sadness in the boy's eye, perhaps reflecting the difficlut position these original Americans faced at the turn of the century..

We have compiled this collection of photos mainly to serve as a vital educational resource. Contact curator@old-picture.com.
