Indian Holding a Rifle

Indian Holding a Rifle

Above we show a majestic photo of Horse Capture, an Indian Man holding a rifle. It was made in 1908 by Edward S. Curtis.

The illustration documents Horse Capture, half-length portrait, facing right, hair in braids with feathers in back, wearing a beaded necklace with two talons and a buckskin shirt; the barrel of rifle on left.

We have compiled this collection of artwork mainly to serve as a vital educational resource. Contact curator@old-picture.com.
