You are looking at a beautiful picture of Hamasaka Tluwulahu Costume With Speakers. It was taken in 1914 by Edward S. Curtis.

The picture presents Hamasaka, a Kwakiutl chief, three-quarter length portrait, standing, facing front, wearing blanket ornamented with buttons, holding ceremonial staff and a shaman's rattle.
