Here we present an inspiring picture of Ismail Pacha & Mr. Thompson of the Commissariat. It was made between 1855 and 1865 by Fenton, Roger, 1819-1869.

The illustration presents Ismail Pacha (Hungarian general Kmety), and Mr. Thompson, seated on gabions; three attendants, one holding a horse, standing behind them.
