Here for your consideration is an old picture of Culpeper, Virginia General George G. Meade and staff on steps of Wallack's house. It was created in 1863 by O'Sullivan, Timothy H., 1840-1882.

The photograph presents the main eastern theater of war, Meade in Virginia, August-November 1863. On Meade's right are Gen. Andrew A. Humphreys, Chief of Staff, and Maj. J. C. Biddle, A.D.C.
