Here we present an historic image of Fort Brady, Virginia Battery of Parrott guns manned by Company C, 1st Connecticut Heavy Artillery. It was taken in 1864.

The image shows Photograph from the main eastern theater of war, the Army of the James, June 1864-April 1865.
