Here for your consideration is an old picture of Auburn, Virginia,vicinity. "Castle Murray" (five miles southeast of Warrenton), headquarters of General Alfred Pleasonton. It was created in 1863 by O'Sullivan, Timothy H., 1840-1882.

The photograph presents Photograph from the main eastern theater of war, Meade in Virginia, August-November 1863.
