You are looking at an intriguing picture of Brandy Station, Virginia Wagons and men of the U.S. Military Telegraph Construction Corps. It was taken in 1864 by O'Sullivan, Timothy H., 1840-1882.

The picture presents main eastern theater of the war, winter quarters at Brandy Station, December 1863-April 1864.
