Here for your enjoyment is a majestic photograph of Rayburn, Sam. Honorable. It was created between 1905 and 1945 by Harris & Ewing.

The illustration illustrates Rayburn, who was often called "Mr. Sam," was a Democratic politician from Bonham, Texas, who served as the Speaker of the House of Representatives for seventeen years, the longest term in U.S. history.
